
Summer Vibes 2025
I absolutely love swimming with my youngest son after school down at Southsea Beach. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed with work and ideas swirling around in my head. But when we jump into the cold sea and start swimming, everything just resets. In those moments, nothing else matters, we’re simply present.
When life feels stressful, tiring, or overwhelming, I’d encourage anyone to take time to reconnect with nature. Whether it’s a swim in the sea, a walk in the park, or just sitting quietly outdoors, nature has a way of grounding us and clearing our minds. It’s amazing how just a small dose of nature can help reset your perspective and bring you back to the present moment.
I guess this is a reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things in life.
